Tasmania regulation
This instrument prescribes a required application fee of 150 fee units for people applying under sections 21(2) or 21(4) of the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 (reg 3). It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2).
It also rescinds the earlier Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2010 (sch 1). Practically, applicants pay the stated fee; the measure shifts administrative cost recovery onto applicants and may affect application incentives. The fee is expressed in fee units, which must be converted to currency.
