4 Application
(1) [Section 4 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 181, Applied:05 Nov 2021] In the event of any inconsistency between this Act (or the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 ) and the National Law, the National Law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2) [Section 4 Subsection (2) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 181, Applied:05 Nov 2021] In the event of any inconsistency between this Act (or the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 ) and a referring law, the referring law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
