7 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

[Section 7 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The following Acts, or provisions of Acts, of this jurisdiction do not apply to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) or to instruments made under that Law:

(a) Acts Interpretation Act 1931 ;

(b) Audit Act 2008 ;
