### 21 References in other Acts > > (1)  A reference in any Act to a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) in a health profession, however described, that enables or requires a health practitioner to act in the course of his or her profession does not include a student or a person holding non-practising registration under that Law. > > > (2)  A reference in any Act to a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) in the pharmacy profession does not include a person holding provisional registration under that Law unless that Act otherwise provides.
