### 10 Transfer of certain property exempt from duty
> The transfer of any "dutiable property", within the meaning of the [Duties Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2001-015) , from a local registration authority to the National Agency in accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) is exempt from duty under the [Duties Act 2001](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2001-015) .
