Tasmania act
This instrument makes the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law operate as Tasmanian law from 1 July 2010 (s 1). Mechanically it imports the national text into Tasmania and points readers to the full national text (Queensland Act schedule) and to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 for any local modifications (s 2).
