sec.85E When decision takes effect
The decision by the National Board to withdraw a person’s registration takes effect on— the day notice of the Board’s decision is given to the person; or the later day stated in the notice. s 85E ins 2022 No. 22 s 70
- (a) the day notice of the Board’s decision is given to the person; or
- (b) the later day stated in the notice.
