sec.307 Establishment of Paramedicine Board
The Paramedicine Board of Australia is established as a National Health Practitioner Board for the health profession of paramedicine. The Board— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. The Board represents the State. This section applies until the Board is continued in force by a regulation made under section 31. s 307 ins 2017 No. 32 s 52 (sec.307-ssec.1) The Paramedicine Board of Australia is established as a National Health Practitioner Board for the health profession of paramedicine. (sec.307-ssec.2) The Board— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (sec.307-ssec.3) The Board represents the State. (sec.307-ssec.4) This section applies until the Board is continued in force by a regulation made under section 31.
