sec.190A Referral to Board for referral to responsible tribunal
This section applies if, at any time, the practitioner or student the subject of a hearing asks the panel for the matter to be referred to a responsible tribunal. The panel must stop hearing the matter and notify the National Board that established the panel that the matter must be referred to a responsible tribunal. This section is an additional Queensland provision. s 190A ins 2013 No. 36 s 326 (sec.190A-ssec.1) This section applies if, at any time, the practitioner or student the subject of a hearing asks the panel for the matter to be referred to a responsible tribunal. (sec.190A-ssec.2) The panel must stop hearing the matter and notify the National Board that established the panel that the matter must be referred to a responsible tribunal.
