146 How notification is made (1) A notification may be made to the National Agency— (a) verbally, including by telephone; or (b) in writing, including by email or other electronic means. (2) A notification must include particulars of the basis on which it is made. (3) If a notification is made verbally, the National Agency must make a record of the notification.
