New South Wales regulation
This regulation brings a specific Queensland amendment into New South Wales’ adopted Health Practitioner National Law, but only applies the part that changes the Law’s Schedule while not applying certain other amendment sections. It starts when published and defines the Queensland Acts and the NSW Adoption Act. It primarily affects health practitioner regulators and registered practitioners by altering statutory text and references rather than creating new fees or standalone obligations; compliance will follow existing registration and regulatory processes.
