sec.93 Reports from State entities

This section applies if, under section 92 , a matter is referred to an entity of the State. The entity may, on its own initiative or if asked by the health ombudsman, give the health ombudsman reports about the progress and results of the action taken by the entity about the matter. As soon as practicable and within 22 business days after ceasing to deal with the matter, the entity must give the health ombudsman a written report of the results of the action taken about the matter. s 93 amd 2019 No. 38 s 27 sch 2 (sec.93-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 92 , a matter is referred to an entity of the State.
