sec.90AC Revision of public statement
The health ombudsman may revise a public statement if the health ombudsman reasonably believes it is necessary in the circumstances. If the proposed revision changes the public statement in a material way, sections 90AA (2) and (3) and 90AB apply to the proposed revision, with any necessary modifications, as if it were the proposed making of a public statement. s 90AC ins 2022 No. 22 s 20 (sec.90AC-ssec.1) The health ombudsman may revise a public statement if the health ombudsman reasonably believes it is necessary in the circumstances.
