sec.75 Health ombudsman must immediately take further relevant action
Immediately after issuing an interim prohibition order to a health practitioner, the health ombudsman must— investigate the matter giving rise to the issue of the order under part 8 ; or refer the matter to an entity of the State, another State or the Commonwealth under part 9 ; or refer the matter to the director of proceedings under part 10 , division 2 . s 75 amd 2017 No. 32 s 73
- (a) investigate the matter giving rise to the issue of the order under part 8 ; or
- (b) refer the matter to an entity of the State, another State or the Commonwealth under part 9 ; or
- (c) refer the matter to the director of proceedings under part 10 , division 2 .
