sec.57 Meaning of immediate registration action
In this division— immediate registration action , in relation to a registered health practitioner, means— suspending, or imposing a condition on, the practitioner’s registration; or accepting an undertaking from the practitioner. s 57 amd 2022 No. 22 s 7
- (a) suspending, or imposing a condition on, the practitioner’s registration; or
- (b) accepting an undertaking from the practitioner.
