sec.43A Relevant action may be taken despite referral
The health ombudsman may take action under part 6 in relation to a health service complaint or other matter despite referring the complaint or matter to— the National Agency under part 9 , division 1 ; or an entity of the State, another State or the Commonwealth under section 92 . s 43A ins 2017 No. 32 s 64 amd 2019 No. 38 s 27 sch 2
- (a) the National Agency under part 9 , division 1 ; or
- (b) an entity of the State, another State or the Commonwealth under section 92 .
