The National Agency may ask the health ombudsman to refer the subject matter of the complaint to the Agency, to be dealt with under the National Law, within 7 business days after the Agency is notified of the health ombudsman’s proposal under section 35J . The health ombudsman must comply with a request made under subsection (1) .
