sec.35B Application of division
This division applies if the health ombudsman accepts a complaint concerning the health, conduct or performance of a registered health practitioner. Nothing in this division prevents the health ombudsman deciding to take immediate action under part 7 in relation to the complaint. s 35B ins 2019 No. 38 s 32 (sec.35B-ssec.1) This division applies if the health ombudsman accepts a complaint concerning the health, conduct or performance of a registered health practitioner. (sec.35B-ssec.2) Nothing in this division prevents the health ombudsman deciding to take immediate action under part 7 in relation to the complaint.
