sec.320I Application of s 263A
Section 263A(1) applies— to a non-disclosure agreement, within the meaning of section 263A(3), whether entered into before or after the commencement; and in relation to the health, conduct or performance of a health service provider or former health service provider (the relevant issue ), whether the relevant issue occurred before or after the commencement. s 320I ins 2025 Act No. 6 s 13
