sec.320A Power of authorised person to require attendance under s 228
Section 228, as amended by the amendment Act, applies in relation to an offence, or a matter being investigated by the health ombudsman, even if the offence was committed, or the matter happened or arose, before the commencement. In this section— amendment Act means the Public Health (Childcare Vaccination) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2015 . s 320A ins 2015 No. 24 s 16 (sec.320A-ssec.1) Section 228, as amended by the amendment Act, applies in relation to an offence, or a matter being investigated by the health ombudsman, even if the offence was committed, or the matter happened or arose, before the commencement. (sec.320A-ssec.2) In this section— amendment Act means the Public Health (Childcare Vaccination) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2015 .
