sec.320 Confidential information under HQCC Act
This section applies until the Health Quality and Complaints Commission Act 2006 is repealed by this Act. For section 214(1)(b) of that Act, information to which that section applies may be disclosed to the health ombudsman. (sec.320-ssec.1) This section applies until the Health Quality and Complaints Commission Act 2006 is repealed by this Act. (sec.320-ssec.2) For section 214(1)(b) of that Act, information to which that section applies may be disclosed to the health ombudsman.
