sec.311 Authorised persons
This section applies in relation to each person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as an authorised person under the repealed HQCC Act . The person continues to hold office as an authorised person under this Act on the same conditions until the person’s office as an authorised person ends under this Act.
