sec.307 Preservation of rights as public service officer
Despite its repeal, the repealed HQCC Act , section 167 (3) applies to a person who stopped being a commission officer and became a public service officer on the repeal of that Act. Despite its repeal, the repealed HQCC Act , section 185 (3) applies to a person who stopped being the chief executive officer of the Office of the Health Quality and Complaints Commission and became a public service officer on the repeal of that Act.
