sec.305 Confidentiality generally
This section applies to a person who, under the repealed HQCC Act , section 214 (4) and (5) , gained confidential information through involvement in the administration of that Act or the repealed Health Rights Commission Act 1991 . Despite its repeal, the repealed HQCC Act , section 214 continues to apply to the person. However, if section 272 applies to the person, the person may disclose the confidential information to the extent permitted by that section. (sec.305-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, under the repealed HQCC Act , section 214 (4) and (5) , gained confidential information through involvement in the administration of that Act or the repealed Health Rights Commission Act 1991 .
