sec.298 Health ombudsman is legal successor of former commission
The health ombudsman is the successor in law of the former commission. Subsection (1) is not limited by another provision of this division. s 298 amd 2015 No. 24 s 15 (sec.298-ssec.1) The health ombudsman is the successor in law of the former commission.
