sec.294 Power to make requirements not limited
This division provides for particular requirements applying under the repealed HQCC Act before the commencement ( outstanding requirements ) to continue in force. A provision of this division that continues an outstanding requirement in force does not limit a power of the health ombudsman, an authorised person or another entity under this Act to make a requirement about the same matter. s 294 amd 2015 No. 24 s 15 (sec.294-ssec.1) This division provides for particular requirements applying under the repealed HQCC Act before the commencement ( outstanding requirements ) to continue in force. (sec.294-ssec.2) A provision of this division that continues an outstanding requirement in force does not limit a power of the health ombudsman, an authorised person or another entity under this Act to make a requirement about the same matter.
