sec.178 Use or disclosure of information
This section applies in relation to information given to the Minister, or someone else on the Minister’s behalf, under this part that is not publicly available. The information may be used or disclosed only in the performance of the Minister’s functions under section 170 . Subsection (2) does not limit the Parliament of Queensland Act 2001 , section 8 .
