sec.166 Change or absence of inquiry member
If an inquiry is being conducted by the health ombudsman and 1 or more other inquiry members, the conduct of an inquiry is not affected by— a change in the other inquiry members; or the absence of any of the other inquiry members.
- (a) a change in the other inquiry members; or
- (b) the absence of any of the other inquiry members.
