sec.146 Enforceable agreement
Parties reaching agreement in the conciliation of the health service complaint may enter into a contract in settlement of the complaint. The conciliator must not be a party to, or attest to, the contract. (sec.146-ssec.1) Parties reaching agreement in the conciliation of the health service complaint may enter into a contract in settlement of the complaint.
