sec.143 Explanation to parties about public interest issues and possible ending or suspension of conciliation
At the start of conciliation, the conciliator must explain to the complainant and relevant health service provider— the obligation applying to the conciliator under section 141 ; and the effect of section 142 .
- (a) the obligation applying to the conciliator under section 141 ; and
- (b) the effect of section 142 .
