sec.128 Choosing assessors generally
As soon as practicable after the relevant document for a disciplinary proceeding is filed in the QCAT registry, the principal registrar must choose assessors to assist the tribunal in a hearing of the proceeding. In this section— QCAT registry means the registry under the QCAT Act . relevant document , for a disciplinary proceeding, means the application under the QCAT Act , section 33 or referral under the QCAT Act , section 34 (whichever is relevant).
