sec.104 Referral to QCAT
If the director decides to refer the matter to QCAT on behalf of the health ombudsman, QCAT may exercise its original jurisdiction under the QCAT Act to hear and decide the matter. If the matter relates to a health service complaint, the referral must include the details of the complainant.
