(2) In exercising his or her discretion to determine the procedure to be followed at an electors’ meeting, the Presiding Member is to have regard to this local law. 18.8 Participation of non-electors A person who is not an elector of the Local Government shall not take part in any discussion at an electors’ meeting unless the meeting, by resolution, permits the person do so. 18.9 Voting at electors’ meetings Voting at electors’ meetings is dealt with in the Regulations. 18.10 Minutes of electors’ meetings Minutes of electors’ meetings are dealt with in the Act. 18.11 Decisions made at electors’ meetings Decisions made at electors’ meetings are dealt with in the Act. PART 19—ENFORCEMENT 19.1 Penalty for breach A person who breaches a provision of this local law commits an offence.
