6. Application of general provisions of the general medical services table
(1) Clause 1.2.1 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were specified in Schedule 1 of the general medical services table. (2) Clause 1.2.5 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if: (a) an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were specified in subclause 1.2.5(1) of the general medical services table; and (b) an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were specified in subclause 1.2.5(3) of the general medical services table. (3) Clause 1.2.7 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were also specified in subclause 1.2.7(1). (4) Clause 1.2.8 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were also specified in clause 1.2.8. (5) Clause 1.2.9 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were also specified in clause 1.2.9. (6) Clause 1.2.10 of the general medical services table shall have effect as if an item in Schedule 1 of this Determination were also specified in clause 1.2.10.
