8 Effect of election to claim private health insurance for an allied health service or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing service
(1) An item in Schedule 2 applies to an allied health service or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing service only if a private health insurance benefit has not been claimed for the service.
