#### 79 Radiation Oncology Register—other information to be included on the Register For the purposes of subparagraph 23DZZP(1)(b)(iv) of the Act, the other information that must be included on the Radiation Oncology Register for premises or a base is the information mentioned in section 78 of this instrument that was included in the application for registration.
