#### 68 Approved pathology authorities—other records of pathology services (1) This section is made for the purposes of subsection 23DKA(1) of the Act. (2) An approved pathology authority must prepare and maintain a record of each pathology service rendered in an accredited pathology laboratory of which the authority is the proprietor. (3) The record of each pathology service rendered must include a copy of a report of the service. (4) The records must be kept in a manner that enables information to be retrieved using the name of the person in relation to whom the service was rendered and the date on which the service was rendered.
