64A Injection of infliximab (1) Item 14245 applies only to a service provided by a medical practitioner who is registered by the Medicare Australia CEO to participate in the arrangements made, under paragraph 100 (1) (b) of the National Health Act 1953, for the purpose of providing an adequate pharmaceutical service for persons requiring treatment with infliximab. (2) Item 14245 is applicable once only on the same day.
