31A MRI and MRA services — eligible equipment
For rule 27, eligible equipment is equipment other than equipment to which rule 31 applies:
(a) that is registered under the scheme, administered by the Department, titled ‘MRI Additional Units Eligibility Scheme’, as in force on 27 June 2001; and
(b) in relation to which the registration has not been cancelled or otherwise ceased to have effect.
Note The MRI Additional Units Eligibility Scheme is the scheme of that title published in Gazette No. GN 20 on 23 May 2001, as amended by amendments published in Gazette No. SG 226 on 27 June 2001.
