Schedule 3 Transitional provisions
1 Items in Schedule 2 have effect according to their terms.
2 A person who was an allied health professional in relation to the provision of a podiatry health service provided in the Northern Territory immediately before the amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Determination 2009 (No 2) is taken to be an allied health professional in relation to the provision of a podiatry health service in the Northern Territory until 31 December 2010.
3 A person who was an allied health professional in relation to the provision of a mental health service provided in Tasmania or the Australian Capital Territory immediately before the amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Health Insurance (Allied Health Services) Determination 2009 (No 2) is taken to be an allied health professional in relation to the provision of a mental health service in Tasmania or the Australian Capital Territory until 31 December 2010.
