3 Application of Principles
These Principles apply to the exercise by the Minister of a power under section 23DN of the Act after commencement in relation to: (a) an application for approval of premises as an accredited pathology laboratory whether that application was made before or after commencement; and (b) the exercise by the Minister of a power to revoke or vary an approval of premises whether the approval was given before or after commencement.
