Tasmania regulation
This instrument brings amendments to the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 into force on 1 July 2025 (reg 2) and formally identifies the principal instrument it amends (reg 3). It affects anyone subject to the Health (Fees) Regulations — fee payers and organisations required to comply — by making the updated regulatory text operative; the Department of Health administers the regulations. Mechanically, it is a commencement and citation instrument and incorporates the amendment into the authorised version (reg 4).
