Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017, changing fees and related procedural rules that apply to persons and organisations charged under those Regulations (reg 3). They take effect 1 July 2024 (reg 2), are incorporated into the authorised 2017 Regulations (reg 4), and are administered by the Department of Health. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2024.
In these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 .
