Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 and take effect on 1 July 2023 (reg 2). The amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the 2017 Regulations (reg 4).
They apply to the people and organisations already subject to the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 (reg 3) and are administered by the Department of Health. Mechanically, the instrument updates the existing fees regulation rather than creating new regulatory powers or agencies.
