Tasmania regulation
This regulation amends the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 to update dental-fees-related rules and rescinds a prior Dental Amendment (No. 6 of 2025). It takes effect 14 days after the day its making is notified in the Gazette and is administered by the Department of Health (regs 1–5; Schedule 1).

These regulations take effect 14 days after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 .
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
