62A Power of local registration board to give information to Commissioner
[Section 62A Amended by No. 3 of 2010, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2010] [Section 62A Inserted by No. 5 of 2005, s. 25, Applied:06 May 2005] For the purpose of assisting the Commissioner to perform his or her functions under this Act, a local registration board may make any information that it receives in the performance of its functions under this Act or any other Act available to the Commissioner.
