[Section 60 Amended by No. 19 of 2018, s. 12, Applied:31 Dec 2024] A registration board or any professional body or association that the Commissioner considers relevant may provide to the Commissioner information, comment and recommendations in relation to a complaint and the health service provider against whom the complaint was made.
