32A Duty to attend initial meeting

[Section 32A Inserted by No. 5 of 2005, s. 13, Applied:06 May 2005] Where the Commissioner has referred a complaint for conciliation, the complainant and the health service provider must attend an initial meeting, but any subsequent participation in the conciliation by the parties is voluntary and either party may withdraw from the conciliation process at any time.
