90 Consultation with and by Commissioner (1) The Commissioner must consult with the Minister concerning matters arising under the administration of this Act when requested by the Minister. (2) The Commissioner must consult with the Chief Executive Officer of an Agency that provides health services or community services concerning matters arising under the administration of this Act when requested by the Chief Executive Officer. (3) A Chief Executive Officer of an Agency that provides health services or community services must consult with the Commissioner concerning matters arising under the administration of this Act when requested by the Commissioner.
