29 Notice of determination and basis of complaint (1) The Commissioner must, within 14 days of making a determination under section 27 (other than a determination to take no further action on a complaint): (a) give written notice of the determination to the complainant and the provider; and (b) give the provider written details of the basis of the complaint. (2) The Commissioner must, within 14 days of making a determination under section 27 to take no further action on a complaint, give written notice of the determination to: (a) the complainant; and (b) the provider, if the provider has been notified of the complaint having been made.
